Jason Van Hove
Program Coordinator
Jason served as a YMT at Riverside for 2 years before heading off to Colorado, The Rocky Mountain State, to serve as a youth director. But now we have him back, to serve at Riverside as the Program Coordinator.
We are so grateful of the gifts that Jason is bringing into the ministry here at Riverside. Jason lives in Story City with his wife, Julie, and their children, Zoe and Elijah.

Chris Dahl
Associate Program Coordinator
Chris was a youth director in Minnesota for several years before coming to Riverside. He grew up in the lovely state of Minnesota and graduated from Luther College with a degree in Education. Chris lives in Story City with his wife, Kelly, and their son, Joshua.
Chris’ position includes working directly with Junior Counselors, Youth Ministry Team Advocate, Discipleship Team, Adventure Trips
(CCC), church relations, and other programming throughout the year.

Andrew Potratz
Graphic Artist / Program Assistant
Andrew had served for 5 summers at Riverside before he started year-round work as a Graphic Artist and Program Assistant. His wife, Allison, also worked at Riverside and Ingham Lake Bible Camp before getting married to Andrew at Riverside in June 2007. Andrew and Allison welcomed their first child, Josiah, in October of 2010.
Andrew grew up near Cedar Falls, Ia, and graduated early from Wartburg College with a degree in Religion. He enjoys music, disc golf, roasting coffee, and spending time with his family. Andrew and his family currently live in Story City. Andrew's position involves graphic design, managing the camp store, and assisting with various programming at Riverside.
Alex Krumm
Program Assistant
Alex served for two years at Riverside before coming on board as a member of the Youth Ministry Team in the fall of 2010. He now serves as a Program Assistant at Riverside. Alex is married and lives in Story City with his wife, Sarah.
Alex grew up in Ames, IA and graduated from Wartburg College in May of 2010 with a degree in English Secondary Education. His position includes working with online social media, photography, videography, print publications, and various programming throughout the year.
Michelle Stadem
Ranch and Program Assistant
Michelle, although originally from Svea, MN, has enjoyed becoming a converted Iowan for the past couple years. She graduated from Thomas Edison State College with a degree in Communications. In her free time, she enjoys the Spanish language, anything outdoors and the Minnesota Twins. As ranch and program assistant, she loves seeing faith come alive as God breaks into kids' lives through singing, horses, relationship building, and just being in His creation!
