Give your best shot to Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp

Join the Riverside Golfers for a fun day of great golf at Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp’s Fall Golf Classic. All donations will be used for Riverside’s capital projects. Many generous sponsors and donors contribute to this fun event making it possible for 100% of your $100 to be used at Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp.

Plan now to attend this event at Ames Golf & Country Club on Friday, August 26, 2011 for four-person best shot and great food!

The fellowship at this event is just one of the ways Riverside works to accomplish its mission of making Christ known to all. We pray this day will be fun, safe, and blessed for all.

TEE IT UP!

PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE STARTING EARLIER! Golf will start at 11:00am and lunch will be served to you as you pass the clubhouse. Stop there for burgers and brats! After play, relax and make your own Ice Cream Sundae. Awards, Prizes, and the putting contest will finish up the day!

Golf Outing is supported with a $1,000 Regional Relations Grant from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

All participants will receive written acknowledgement of their tax-deductable contribution.

Ames Golf & Country Club Golf Course

The renowned Donald Sechrest of Tulsa, Oklahoma designed the 18-hole, 114 acre course in 1971. The golf course boasts lush fairways, tees, and well-manicured greens irrigated and surrounded by well-positioned lakes. Also included are a Practice and Teaching facility, a large Practice Green and a large Clubhouse.

2010 Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp Golf Classic Best Ever!

Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp hosted its Ninth Annual Fall Golf Classic on August 27 at Ames Golf and Country Club. Eighty one participants enjoyed fantastic weather and a day of great food and golf. Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp extends a huge thank you to all the players, sponsors and especially Oakland Corporation, Sukup Manufacturing and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Northeast Polk, Warren and Winnebago-Worth Chapters, for their generous support. These contributors raised $12,000 for Riverside’s Maintenance Shop and Debt Reduction capital appeal. A bonus this year was the very nice golf shirts provided by Sukup Manufacturing.
