1. Registration (3:00 - 5:00pm)

Please do not arrive before 3:00pm because the staff is involved in meetings and program preparation until then. The biggest rush is during the first half hour. Arriving later can actually save you time. Please wait until after 3:00pm.

2. Move In

As you drive into camp, you will be greeted by staff members who will direct you. Once you have moved in and met your counselor, please check in at the Dining Hall.

3. Check In

(*See below for Express Check-in Instructions*)
All campers must check in with the registrars in the Dining Hall. Please have your financial sheet and any balance due available. You will also check in with the nurse and turn in all prescription and over-the-counter medications.

Please have all medications in original containers. Medication release form must accompany EACH medication. Please feel free to copy form.

4. Camp Store

(*See below for Express Check-in Instructions*)
Money (we suggest between $10-$50) should be deposited at check-in time. The Camp Store has a wide variety of candy, soda, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc. Projects created at our Arts and Crafts area, or as we call it, Art Fun!, have a small fee to cover the cost. This fee will also be deducted from the camper's Camp Store balance

5. Horseback Riding (not Ranch Campers or First Timers)

(*See below for Express Check-in Instructions*)
Any camper wanting to ride during FREE TIME should bring $7 to be paid at registration, separate from your "balance due." Juniors through Senior High are eligible to ride. Long pants and shoes (not sandals) are required. Rides are limited to one per camper.

6. Canoe to Story City

(*See below for Express Check-in Instructions*)
Campers who wish to canoe the Skunk River from camp to Story City during free time should bring $10 to be paid at registration, separate from your "balance due". Junior High and Senior High campers are eligible. Bring an extra pair of shoes or sandals with a rear strap (no flip flops) for the trip because your feet will get wet. Please fill out the canoe to Story City permission form and mail or bring it with the rest of your registration materials. Campers may register for this trip on the first sunday of camp if there are spots available and if we receive a permission form signed by their parent at that time.
