Alpha Camp (entering grades 3-4)
Alpha Camp (formerly known as “First Timers”) is an awesome opportunity to experience camp for the first time. During this two night adventure, you will experience the daily life of camp at Riverside, giving you a glimpse of how awesome a full week here would be! Your adventure will include learning more about Jesus through Bible Study, singing, chapel fun, swimming in the pool, great games, art fun, meeting new friends, and much more! We are excited to have you at Camp for the first time!
Fee: Before February 15 - $185; After February 15 - $205
The only discount honored for first timers is the member congregation discount of $15
Juniors (entering grades 4-6)
Get ready for an amazing week at Riverside having fun playing soccer, basketball, a horseback ride swimming in the pool, carpetball, art time fun, and much more! Through Chapel, Bible Studies, and meeting new friends, you’ll also learn more about Jesus and the incredible love He has for you! Join us for a fun and memorable week of camp!

Junior High (entering grades 6-9)
Good times will be had at Riverside this week! The good times include music, games, swimming, large group games, really cool Bible studies and devotions. You’ll also enjoy activities such as volleyball, basketball, carpet-ball, foosball, a horseback ride, and much, much more! Your cabin will also experience the Riverside Challenge course for a great team building exercise. You’ll have an unforgettable week as you experience Jesus while He changes your life forever.

Confirmation Camp
Confirmation groups are welcome during any Junior High week at Riverside. This week of camp provides the church with a great camp program and time for your Confirmation class to meet daily. Pastors may lead their own Bible studies or our counselors can provide the summer Bible study. This week includes chapel, great devotions, a horseback ride, quiet time, swimming, campfires, great games and great opportunities as a group to grow together in their living relationship with Jesus.

Senior High
(entering grades 10-12, and just completed grade 12)
The Lord, good times, great friends, great food, and more of the Lord is our focus. This week is going to be awesome! Prepare yourself for a week packed with Chapel, Bible studies, tons of games, Nuke ‘Em, disc golf, swimming, canoeing, carpetball, and much more! You’ll meet tons of new friends and reunite with some old friends or, better yet, bring a friend with you! Along with all of this, you’ll encounter Jesus in a real way! This week fills quickly, so please register early!
Our special guest speaker for Senior High: Dani Tietjen
Dani Tietjen is a common girl with a common story. She grew up being active in the church and her youth group. Even while being a Christian, Dani has made poor choices with her life that hurt her and other people along the way. She understands that knowing the Lord is a journey through life. Once experiencing God doesn’t mean that all temptation goes away, and your life is better. Giving your life to Christ means to trust in his ability to love you no matter what. To walk with you wherever you go, and to help you make good choices, even when we feel powerless to do so, he accepts us with open, forgiving arms. This kind of love and mercy is Dani’s motivation to travel the country. Dani has a desire to share God’s truth and compassion through her experiences, and to help encourage others along in their own faith journey, no matter where they might be. Dani lives in Minneapolis with her family.

Riverside Ranch Camp (entering grades 6-9)
This is for all horse lovers and those who want to find out what it’s like to be around these amazing creatures! Ranch Camp is awesome! You will spend 2 hours/day with the well-trained, gentle horses at the Ranch. You will learn to groom, saddle and ride in the arena, as well as on the trail. Ranch Camp is a great place to learn –it is totally fine if you have never ridden before or only get to ride when you are at Riverside. It is also great for those of you who have some horse experience. You will have a new experience with a Ranch horse, get to ride on trails, and do new things that perhaps you haven’t done before! Along with all of this, you’ll be with the rest of the campers at Chapel, Bible studies, swimming, games, devotions, music – everything Riverside has to offer! Sign up early to ensure your spot at Ranch Camp and be prepared for a fantastic week!

Intermediate Ranch Camp
Intermediate Ranch Camp is for you if:
You are attending High School Week (entering grades 10-12).
You have attended Ranch Camp one year and are 14 by June 1, 2010.
You have attended Ranch Camp two years and are 13 by June 1, 2010.
(You will learn to canter – if you don’t feel ready to canter, please attend another week of Ranch Camp.)
Two hours/day will be spent with the horses picking up where Ranch Camp left off – learning even more, riding more, and experiencing new things with the horses! Besides cantering, we will play games on the horses and have a cookout! And, of course, you will have time to participate in all the other activities Riverside has to offer. Are you ready to learn even more about the Lord and horses? Then this week is for YOU! Be ready for an awesome time!

Triple C Trip (entering grades 6-9)
The Canoe/Camping/Challenge Trip is a week long adventure into the “great outdoors” designed especially for the beginner. Campers will spend the first evening at Riverside learning camping and canoeing skills. The rest of the week you’ll be putting these skills to the test. You and your counselors will spend two days at an off-site lake tent camping, canoeing, swimming, cooking, having bonfires, and praising God. Then you will finish off the week at an area challenge/ropes course. You will encounter God in a refreshing and powerful way during this adventure experience!

Colorado Rockies Ride (For girls only entering grades 9-12)
This trip is for Intermediate Ranch Campers or high schoolers who have riding experience.
Jesus, campers, horses, mountains all in one place – COLORADO ROCKY MOUNTAINS! This is a fantastic trip for gals who love horses, want to learn more about Jesus, and love trips! Many campers have experienced God’s beauty of the Rockies for the first time in their lives when they have come on this amazing trip! What better way than on a horse!! While in Colorado we will ride a total of 15 – 16 hours, have awesome God time, Bible Studies, lots of fun and fellowship, and plenty of girl talk! As always, Jesus is our focus. This will be our 7th year to head west. You will arrive Saturday evening and we will leave from Riverside very early on Sunday, returning to Riverside Thursday in time for supper and the Mime. You will participate in the camp program on Friday, and then head home.
