Registration and Reservation Policy

Recharges/Blast!/Summer Camp as of 1/08

Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp continues to be blessed with an abundance of campers for our Recharges and Summer camp opportunities. We thank you for your support and ask that you continue to pray for the ministry of Riverside as we share the Gospel message to campers both young and old.

Because of our continued growth we would ask you to look over and follow our registration policy when signing your youth group up for events at Riverside. We feel that this policy is to the benefit of both the congregations and the camp.

  • Registrations for camp events are accepted on a “first come, first served” basis. A registration is accepted when it reaches our office, is complete, and is accompanied by the required deposit. Registrations that are e-mailed to us are accepted provided that the deposit is received within one week of the e-mail.

  • Churches may reserve spots for a Recharge/Blast, however, registrations for all campers in the group, accompanied with the deposit, must be received 2 weeks before the event. If not all registrations have been received and no other arrangements have been made, the remaining spots will be given to other campers.

  • Churches may reserve spots for summer, however, registrations for all campers in the group, accompanied with the deposit, must be received by March 15, after that no reservations honored. If not all registrations have been received and no other arrangements have been made, the remaining spots will be given to other campers.

  • A reservation is accepted when the required deposit is received.

  • No church may reserve more than half of the available spots for a camp event. But, a church may register as many campers as they wish provided that we have space available.

  • Churches or individuals may contact Riverside at any time to check space available for any camp event. Note: the information given is subject to change

  • Churches or individuals may reserve spaces at a camp event over the phone using a credit card to pay for the deposit.

  • Deposits to Riverside are Non-Refundable.
