Ride With the King has been a great program that has been growing bigger and bigger each year. Ride With the King has three programs: Mother-Daughter, Beloit, and Freedom for Youth. All three programs center on fellowship, spiritual growth, and of course, horse-back riding!
Dates: September 14 & 15 and Oct 5 & 6 2013
Cost: $150 for each Mother/Daughter pair, $50/each for more than one daughter

This overnight is for all horse-lovin’ moms and their daughters! Moms, you may choose to ride or you may just be near your daughter and be part of her passion for horses! It will be a special time for mothers and daughters to share their love and passion for Jesus, each other, and horses! You will spend time communicating and drawing closer to each other, AND you will have a really great time connecting faith with your horse experience!
Daughters must be in 3rd grade and above to attend.
For more information, call the camp at 1-800-372-7748 and ask for Jan.

Our newest partnership is with Freedom for Youth, an outreach ministry in Des Moines, Iowa. One of the main missions of Freedom for Youth is reaching out to inner city youth ages 6-17 through an after-school program. Many of the youth are refugees.
We have two retreats in the spring and two in the fall.
This program is an amazing blessing to us at Riverside and we are confident that we reach the hearts of these youth with the message of Jesus Christ. They are overjoyed when we give them each a Bible to take home with them.
They absolutely love to hear of the love of Jesus while having the privilege of learning about horses and how to ride them. Most of the youth have never ridden and some have never even been near a ‘real’ horse! Our horses are gifts to so many!
Children residing at Beloit Residential Treatment Center of Ames continue to be given the opportunity to come to ”Ride with the King.” In this program we use horses as ministry tools to help kids understand Christ’s unconditional love in a way that encourages them to live for Him. Our unique balance of Biblical lessons and horsemanship has proven to be beneficial in many of these children’s lives. We continue to have two six-week sessions in the fall and two in the spring.
