Chapel Renovation Update

Greetings from a snow-covered Riverside!

Our Living Water, Living Word appeal was completed a few years ago, thanks to the Lord leading so many individuals and congregations to give so generously. To those of you who gave towards this $2.5 million appeal, thank you again for your generosity towards the Lord's work here!

This appeal was focused on building a new aquatics facility, as well as restoring our Chapel building which was built in 1950. The aquatics facility is beautiful and was finished in the spring of 2016. It has been a game changer for our ministry here, with so many youth and families actually using the pool throughout the summer.

This fall after Recharge season, we began the last stages of the Chapel renovations, in hopes to be completed by mid-May and ready for worship this summer! The work that has already been in the past few years includes: new side windows, new roof, new sound system, and new stage lighting. The work yet to be done includes: refreshing all interior wood, new back windows, new floor, new poured concrete stage new balcony, all new HVAC (increasing from 2 units to 4 units), new front facade, work in the prop rooms, sandblasting all brick, giant new wood cross, new ceiling fans, and new house lighting.
