CANCELATION POLICY FOR FAMILY/ADULT EVENTS: The deposit is non-refundable. If a cancelation occurs because of a confirmed or suspected contagious illness, we can transfer the deposit to a Payment Voucher that can be utilized in any future program or event at Riverside. If the cancelation falls within 48 hours of the program or event you are registered for, there will be no refund of any fees paid.
